This company deliberately trespassed and destroyed a locked gate on our family's private property to access a neighbors property. Signs were clearly posted. When approached about it, they were exceedingly rude. The police were called and forced them to leave the property. How a company like this stays in business is beyond me.
Don't trust Fenn Construction! We hired Stephen for septic system repairing and waited almost 2months due to he no show up. The contract is useless, he asked $3K extra on the 1st day of the job started due to his design error. At the end, We totally paid $5000 above the contract price with job unfinished. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY.
We had a very good experience with Fenn Construction on our septic system. Stephen communicated well with me. We chose Fenn when I could not get another company that I had a contract with to give me updates on when work would start. It was very frustrating. I found Fenn through Home Advisor and he was able to come out the next day and look at our situation. He kept me in the loop on every step of the way and beat the other company by $3000.
