Usually not one to review but am so disappointed in this experience as I really did initially enjoy the service. I wanted to be accommodating and shared my credit card details with the business and was charged several times bit just the deposit but full price without being made aware. Not a customer centric business that’s clearly out to make money possible due to location but not my way of treating the clientele that want to be loyal that’s for sure.

I had a Kinesis facial treatment with Brooke, and I can’t recommend it enough! When I was caring for my mom during her cancer treatment, I started clenching my jaw to hold back tears, and over time that became my coping mechanism. Brooke was able to release years of built-up tension in my jaw, and I honestly feel like a different person. For the first time in years, I’m smiling bigger, brighter, and more joyfully than I have in years—and it feels like my inner glow has been restored. I’m so grateful!
