Incredible facial with Brooke! I came to Fenn from two referrals and managed to get a spot on my birthday which I was so pleased about as it’s really hard to get a spot so late :) I was greeted with such grace from all of the lovely staff, and the treatment room & the store is just beautiful. Usually not one to review but am so disappointed in this experience as I really did initially enjoy the service. I wanted to be accommodating and shared my credit card details with the business and was charged several times bit just the deposit but full price without being made aware. Not a customer centric business that’s clearly out to make money possible due to location but not my way of treating the clientele that want to be loyal that’s for sure.
The most beautiful treatment, thank you for my magical Fenn experience Skin and soul feeling restored.
