It’s hard to find an honest and reliable repair shop with great service. I’ve been coming here for over 20 years. They’re highly knowledgeable, never push unnecessary repairs, and offer fair pricing. You can tell they take real pride in their work.
I reached out to this shop while dealing with a very sensitive situation, as my vehicle had been sitting due to a death. I was specifically looking for a local automatic shop that valued professionalism, compassion, and clear communication. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here. These guys literally have zero respect for customer’s time . Keep saying 30 mins wait time every time of ask them . They just want customers to pay and wait infinitely. Guys please just say so if you are busy for the day , that’s sit.
