Took my daughters kia sportage there with an engine light and oil light after taking it to a kia in stevenage and after them not being able to fix it and saying that they thought it might be the ecu and £1600 for a new one, they had it fixed in a couple of hours and it wasn't the ecu, good old school fault finding, highly recommended
I took my Honda Accourd to Fenlake Auto. the tail gate had stopped function and a possible battery drain. we booked the car in 18 August 2025 for an appointment for 3 September when boking i noticed there were two appointments already in the book. On Arrival on 3 September my wife was told that they (Fenlake Auto) have a lot of cars booked in and might get to look at it. Excellent service, recommend for all automotive electric problems
Brilliant place, classic MK2 Golf GTi 8v would not start. AA guy was convinced it was the starter, Fenlake ordered starter in ahead of me dropping the car off! And then it wasn't the starter but some failing alarm system. This makes Fenlake amazing as they could have just fitted the pre-ordered starter anyway and charged me more, but they didn't, just bypassed the ancient alarm. This honesty makes Fenlake a 10/10 place.
Very helpful and knowledgeable, they have repaired our car when the main dealer could not. Thank you
