9/22 had Fenix come out to fix a leak and also remove skylight. Job completed. 7/23 had another leak in same area. 7/11 Called Fenix and was told no one could come out as they were on another job but to call Fenix Thursday and they would tell me when they could be here. I said that was fine as I would not be home on Wed. On Wed. Fenix showed up when I was not at home and did some work.
