Great customer service, very helpful and easy to deal with!
Ordered a radiator from these guys didnt show up at the correct address due to Team global express somehow delivering it to the wrong address, tried dealing With Team global express and were just apologetic but not willing to take accountability for the stuff up anyway long story short delt with nathan they sent me a new one shortly after raising the issue with them and dealt With Team global express themselves. Bloody good customer service didn't have to do what they did it wasnt their stuff up to fix but did it regardless ... read more
FENIX RADIATORS ARE VERY GOOD RADIATORS I DO NOT HAVE ANY ISSUES WITH THEM IF I HAVE ANY ISSUES THE TEAM SORT IT OUT QUICKIY T HAVE BEEN DEALING WITH THEM FOR LONG TIME THERE PRODUCT IS GOOD AND RELIABLE I WOULD RECOMMEND THERE PRODUCT TO EVERYONE THANKS FOR THE SERVICE
Had purchased a radiator and fan setup for my rb25 R31, clearance was an issue so Christian at Fenix helped design and create a new shroud to clear the pulleys. I was already a happy customer with their products but this goes to show their customer service is above and beyond.
