We told Fenix that we no longer wanted their service in fall 2024. 2 weeks ago they contacted us again. We indicated that we did not want their service. Today they texted us to say that they were coming to our house tomorrow and my husband indicated we did not want their service. They indicated that we had to pay $159 because we didn't give them 30 days notice. We gave them months of notice, but they still sent us an invoice.
Another great service! Amir did a great job,very thorough and prompt.
Our technician, Kyler T, was professional and friendly. We have had a great experience with Fenix so far.
Angela Rooda called me and told me about what Fenix offers - very excited to get started and to get working with the Fenix team. We have a new build home and don't want all the bugs this spring! The service is very affordable and covers a lot!
FEB 2025 UPDATE: Amir Carrillo delivered extraordinary Fenix service this morning at my home. He is a real pro. Was on time, extraordinarily professional and respectful, walked me through the process and asked if I had any special requests and he honored those 100%.
