DO NOT sign up for service with Fenix unless you want to keep them forever. Their office staff make up policies so they don't have to give you the promised discounts, refuse to listen to reason and drag ending your SA out for months. While their techs are very nice, I had to have multiple locations resprayed because their product didn't kill the wasps.
Evan Hemmer, stopped by to service my home today. First off I appreciate that he showed up on time, he was also very informative on what he would be doing and explained everything clearly. Friendly and good customer service!
We have been using Fenix Pest Control for a year now and I can't get over how particular they are with there service. The guy that serviced me this morning was so thorough. He took his brush and got the cobwebs down in the garage so I didn't have to do it. Then took down the bee hives on the outside of my building and sprayed them. Also did a great job inside. Thank you so much!!!
Brendyn did an exceptional and efficient job of treating the seasonal stink bugs, boxelder bugs and beetles! Really appreciate the prompt and professional service!
