Please keep in mind, they give discounts to those who leave good reviews. They have a subscription based model and will charge you randomly even when you don't have a scheduled appointment. The cancellation process is awful, and managers Angela and Brittany are NOT helpful. Also, I dont think it works... I still dont see a difference in the amount of spiders in the basement and there was a new type of pest found in our garage. BEWARE if you choose to move forward with Fenix Pest Control! ITS A SCAM!

We’ve used Fenix for almost a year now and it has significantly helped with our ant problem! We’ve had Brendyn as the tech the last few times and he’s efficient and great about asking us for what we need. I do wish we could receive notice ahead of time before Fenix comes out. The last couple of times they just showed up at our door unexpectedly. What if we hadn’t been home? We need a text/call beforehand.
