The customer service is terrible. I called to get confirmation for available parkinson', and we're specifically told that they had it at this location, which is over an hour away from me. When I got there, they told me that it wouldn't be here until the next day.That it was in their warehouse, but the representative told me something totally different. You guys seem to be the type of people who doesn't really care about the person in need as long as you're lining your pockets. You all should be ashamed of yourselves.

I have been getting played by the 2 different reps here. The first named Tony, was kind and almost sincere at first then when I tried to get an engine covered under a warranty we purchased he won't talk to me anymore and keeps sending me to voicemail or just leave me on forever hold. Unbelievable. Then got a hold of a Juan in Florida, same thing. Trying to make contact and now he is ghosting me. How the hell they get away with doing this to people is beyond my understanding. I am posting this review in hopes that it reaches Fenix Parts corporate leadership so this situation can be addressed immediately. I purchased an engine from the Columbus, Ohio Midwest region facility under a 3-Year Platinum Protection Warranty with the understanding that if a major issue occurred, the warranty process would be handled professionally and promptly.
