Service on the phone is good when ordering parts. However anytime it come to paying for stuff, none of the payment processing works!!! then they want you to send copies of drivers license to some random number. All seem so sketch!! Last 3 times I placed orders - every order for just one part took over an hour!! This is absolutely absurd!! Hate calling here. Bad company….:tried to get some part…bad idea….they send me the wrong part 3 times….every week they send me something wrong….they can’t get it right…..lack of communication inside the company, it’s crazy…you can’t reach no one on the phone, except your agent….and the agent can’t get no one the phone also…..it’s how bad the company is.
