Terrible business model. I was looking for car parts and found the part I wanted on car park.com showing the closest location was Gainesville Georgia so I drove 2 1/2 hours to get them and when I show up, they tell me none of the parts are kept at this location. They shipped them in from around the country after you order them! 0/10 stars, do not use these people.
If I could give ZERO starts I would. Sent my part to wrong location even though it was already there, drove an hour for nothing then gave me bullshit excuses and false promises. CUSTOMER SERVICE?? Don’t even bother…no help at all. Do not do business there.
Needs more quality control, got bad parts. Takes forever to ship also, they list every part as being available at every location when its not, it takes a week to ship. And then you have to wait 15 mins for someone to show up at the pickup area. They do have better pricing than most places and the sales people on the phone seem to be competent.
