Ordered Parts on Wednesday which were supposed to be delivered by Friday morning. Did not receive the parts on Friday so I called to check on where the driver was. I was told I'd get a call back, which never happened. Monday comes, still no parts so I called again. I was told the parts would arrive by 1pm. By 3pm still no parts. Awful experience. I ordered part on the phone and was assured they were in good condition without defects and proceeded to drive 4 hours round trip to pick them up. Turns out one of the air intakes needed for my Infinity had broken tabs preventing the box from sealing and the other was the wrong intake entirely from another car, which was ALSO broken with a large hole in the box. They would not send a refund unless I drive the broken parts back to the warehouse in another 4 hour round trip venture and said I could get a refu... read more
