Customer service was great. They listened to the issues we had with our system. Got us a whole new system within a couple days. Highly recommend Fenix for all HVAC services.

My Breezair cooler went down Tuesday afternoon, and they had it up and running Wednesday morning. Quick service and fair pricing. Shane has done great work on our home systems for years, and I wouldn’t trust anyone else!
I'm not prone to leaving reviews. That said: My experience with Fenix Home Services has proved to be the exception. Shane was able to get to my place and make his assessment within a couple of hours. Thank goodness the issue turned out to be relatively minor and the man had the repair finished and was on his way in, what seemed like, minutes. I am way more than pleased and have to say that Fenix is first on my list should I need the expertise they offer.
Shane is professional and fair. He does a great job and is honest and straightforward about what needs to be done and how much it will cost. Highly recommend!
