Second time we have used them! My furnace was acting crazy! They came and cleaned it and it's working like a charm now! Very affordable price too!
I waited a bit to do this review just to make sure I was still super happy with the job the guys did. I still am! They came out looked at all the factors for a furnace replacement and quickly but thoroughly went through it with me. Answered my million and one questions before, during, and after installation happily and also thoroughly. They actually recommended us a lower BTU model instead of trying to upsell us. good guys, great service
Shane and his team are incredible! We’ve been loving the heat pump system they installed for us. It’s currently supplementing our boiler heat and will be our primary cooling system come next summer. They were extremely patient, flexible, and generous with their time when we had questions. The installation is clean and they were always respectful when on our property. They also helped with our rebate application and warranty registration. I cannot recommend Fenix strongly enough!
