I had lights flickering and then smelled something burning from my electrical panel. I could hear some cracking sound coming from the panel. This was around 8:45pm Tuesday evening. I called Feniks Electric and Ziggy answered and said he could be here in 15 minutes. He was able to identify the issue with my 100 amp breaker basically melting. Ziggy from Feniks electric service came out of his way on Easter Sunday evening. I had an emergency as power went out in half of my household. Fridge was out. Xfinity box was out. Went to turn fuse box on and we smelled smoke. Scary! I didn’t touch it. We got Feniks by recommendation and he arrived quickly and repaired the burnt wire. He was in and out under 10 mins. Was relieved for the quick service and repair. Thank you so very much. There is nothing like peace of mind in a situation like this.
