We recently had the ground floor of our home reconfigured and refurbished by Fenice. We chose Jack Rafter Construction as they offered a complete design & build service, Adam and his team coordinated the whole design and build process expertly, the works were completed on time and on budget. We are so happy with the standard of finish. I highly recommend Jack Rafter Construction and their design & build service.

We have an 1820s house that has needed significant refurbishment. We first engaged Adam and his team in 2018 to revamp the lower floors and from 2020 for the rest of the house. This was a major renovation including new kitchen, UFH, stairs, windows, terraces, AV etc. Final issues were sorted this year. This is the second time we have used Adam and his team for a major building project and clearly that shows a level of confidence! We were not disappointed. His personal commitment to our project was excellent as was his attention to detail. He uses excellent trades and we had full confidence in them. Our project was wide ranging, requiring vision as well as technical know how and he delivered on both as well as being a first rate problem solver on issues large and small. Would highly recommend

Adam's team built a kitchen diner mezzanine leading down to a double-height extension with large sliding glass doors. The work was of high quality and service was professional and reliable, delivered on time and to budget. The project manager Matt was excellent, keeping us informed and updated, and offering expert advice throughout the process. I would recommend Adam's services.

We used Adam and the team to design and build our kitchen, dining and playroom extension. It was a seamless approach to designing our extension and the single point of contact throughout made the project effortless! I was really happy and impressed with the quality and level of finish throughout.
