I've found them very good down the years. On two occasions I've contacted them and been offered a same day appointment. Other times, a nurse has rung me to give advice then followed up until the problem was resolved.

Baffles me how this gp got 3.5 star rating. I’ve been with this gp for 5 years and two pregnancies and every time me and my family need them. They’re there! The receptionists are one of the most caring and supportive people you’ll meet. They always go above and beyond! EVERY SINGLE TIME! I honestly love them! The doctors and nurses are great! This is possibly the best gp in the uk. It’s definitely the best gp in Newcastle!!!!!
This doctor surgery are really good and amazing staff you can also get an emergency appointment on the same day also they send you an remainder 1 week and a couple of days before your appointment a really recommend this doctor surgery to anyone
