Had exactly what I needed. And some extra bits I hadn't realised I needed.
Ordered online for delivery a space saver wheel for my new car. After over a week and a couple emails with no reply I was in Peterborough running some errands so popped into the unit and asked if I could collect. The employee called the boss to check and I was given my order and a refund for the delivery. Happy with the overall service even though customer service could be worked on.
Omg, I paid for my gearbox and no replies from them....is this company still running? I feel I was scammed...
