这家诊所管理非常混乱，前台根本不会讲英文，做事也不讲规矩。预约系统非常不规范，有些没有预约的客人竟然可以直接插队在预约的人前面。我还看到有客人在诊所内和工作人员发生矛盾，整个环境让人感觉像菜市场一样混乱。 医生的问诊也非常草率，据我在谷歌看到的评价，很多人说问诊只有几分钟就结束了。在美国竟然有这样的诊所仍然在营业，实在让人震惊。整体来说，这家诊所不专业、不可靠，也不尊重患者的时间，我不会推荐给任何人。 ⸻ English Review – Feng Doctor Clinic This clinic is extremely disorganized. 我第一次来这家诊所的时候，先在谷歌上看到很多一星差评，当时不太相信，一个医生怎么可能有那么多差评呢？今天亲自体验后，才发现这些评价一点也不夸张。这是我从留学到美国23年以来，遇到过态度最恶劣、管理最混乱的诊所。 预约时，我明确提供了保险卡号码，并得到确认可以看诊。我到达后，被要求填写表格，等待超过一个多小时，期间一些walk-in患者甚至插队在预约的人前面。直到所有其他患者处理完，轮到我时，才突然告诉我：“你的保险系统里显示的医生不是我们的医生”，完全荒谬。 我当场联系保险公司，登录APP给他们看，系统显示一切正常。但诊所工作人员似乎认为是我做错了什么，完全把责任推给患者。我做错了什么吗？完全是诊所失职。 整个过程更糟的是，前台根本不会讲英文，沟通极其困难，我的保险公司也无法顺利解释情况。医生和前台的态度都非常差，前台甚至忙着去吃饭，完全不顾患者的时间和健康。我前一天在急诊看到凌晨，为了这个预约都没吃早餐，结果被如此对待，白跑一趟、白等超过一个小时，总共浪费将近三小时。 我还看到谷歌上其他病人评价，说前台态度恶劣，医生问诊草率，完全是真的。谁来这家诊所都很倒霉，我也不推荐任何人来了。 整体来说，这家诊所流程混乱、预约不规范、沟通能力差、医生问诊... read more

I had an extremely disappointing experience at Feng Doctor Clinic. I scheduled my appointment over the phone and provided my insurance card information, which was confirmed by the clinic staff. I traveled to the clinic in a weakened state, having been at the emergency room until late the night before and advised to follow up with my Family Doctor. Rude reception desk, absolutely bad manner Dr. Feng!? The worst Dr. In Los Angeles, terrible clinic, you can go there without appointment and some patients fighting with office lady in there who spoke Cantonese, mess up!
