Dr wang is a great doctor. He is almost always and hour behind but it is because he spends a lot of time with each patient. If you are always in a huge hurry plan accordingly with the office they will work with you. Doctor Wang always listens and is even open on Sundays. I thank them for their amazing service.
This is by far the worst experience I have had with a doctor's office. Waited over 90 minutes past appointment time and still never saw doctor, his NP finally came to conduct exam. They do not answer phone, nor respond to messages to follow up on medications or referrals. Definitely would not recommend this provider.
This clinic keeps messing up my billing. I went in for an annual physical on May 18, which should be fully covered by insurance. I didn’t even see a doctor that day — just a urine test. The front desk said no payment was needed and told me to come back the next morning (May 19) for bloodwork. I returned on May 19, waited over 2 hours, got my blood drawn, and again, no one asked me to pay anything. Dr Wang has been my primary doctor for over 5 years. He is a professional, knowledgeable, and caring doctor. He is always patient to listen to my situation and explain the treatment. He never rushes to finish an appointment. I normally need to wait for 1-2 hours to get the service, but it is worth the time though I wish I coukd wait less.
