Ordered a hot tea and they gave it to me in a paper cup that disintegrated in about 5 minutes. My cup holder and pants got the tea, so I'm not sure how it tasted.

my bf and I bought cookies and boba. he had some of his cookie and I asked the worker if they had tree nuts. she was unsure and eventually said yes there are tree nuts in the cookie. there was no sign or label at the cookie stand indicating they had tree nuts. he is very allergic and eventually had a bad reaction, I politely told the worker he’s allergic and she seemed apathetic and offered no solution. bad customer service like dont stand there and look at me like its so inconvenient for you to have to think of something to... read more
loved annas recommendation!! i think matcha breeze with cheese foam is going to be a new favorite for me. my partner really liked the coffee too.
This place use to be pretty good but a recent visit was horrible, I ordered a mango green tea with popping boba, but the drink I was given was a milk tea. I did not ask for milk tea and then the boba in my drink tasted odd(had a weird texture) I went back to let the workers know, the young lady remade the drink and said she would use newer boba. The remade drink still was not right and the boba still tasted horrible. At that point I just gave up and left with huge disappointment.
