They really go out of there way to help!
The best vet I have ever attended. They genuinely care about your animals; even going so far as to send us a condolences card when we lost our pet at a different emergency clinic. The staff is super friendly, the prices are extremely reasonable, and they never try to strong arm you into anything unnecessary. Can’t recommend them enough
The staff here are some of the most friendly and compassionate people I’ve met. They worked with my dog for years and helped keep him healthy until his natural death. Even after they made the post-life care process peaceful and simple. I appreciate all of them and will continue to bring any animal I have there. Cannot recommend enough!
While on vacation at my trailer my dog had just been groomed prior and his private was not retracting back inside. This has happened to him before 2 other times. Because it was a long weekend I didn’t want it to get infected and I was unable to fix it myself so I called this clinic and they were so friendly and nice and told me the doctor would fit him in between other pets as they were fully booked. I’ve recently started coming to this vet after moving to the kawartha area, the vets and staff have been lovely and straight to the point, never any run around and I haven’t felt any pressure to make any decisions. Looking very forward to growing a relationship with this clinic
