Dr. Franklin is the most caring and compassionate doctor I have ever met. Dr. Franklin is determined to to help her patients get better. There was many times I wanted to give up, but she wouldn’t allow me too. She is a special person that genuinely cares for her patients and staff. I can go on and on about her. Words can’t describe this young lady. If you want good results and a caring provider that listen to, Dr. Franklin is the one. God sent!!!!

Dr. Franklyn MD. was my primary care physician at Columbia VA Hospital ( 2020). She is a fantastic asset to the medical staff. Dr. Franklyn is caring and relates to her veteran patients, which provokes patients to live healthier lives. She always stresses that your A1C and weight loss must improve while she is your doctor. She became known to me as the “Celebrity.” We knew we had someone special. Unfortunately, Dr. Franklyn's stay was short at Columbia VA Hospital and she moved on in her career. Great Dr/patient interaction. Very Thorough. Listens well and comes in the room we'll prepared. She's as good of Dr as I've had. She's as conscience of my time as she is of her own.
