I was a walk in today, never been here before. Had a mani and pedi done and eyebrows and lip too. Very impressed!
Tammy and Julie did our nails. They are great. Friendly, accommodating, these ladies take pride in their skills, great massage, great attitude and detailed. These ladies make sure and check how we like our nails. They do not try to find short cuts. A shout out to Julie and Andy for always making sure we are hap with our service. Great customer service. Three of us walked in to Fendy nails to get pedicures–first time here for all of us. From start to finish all of us had an awful experience. Too many strange and unprofessional things happened to list them all. One of the most astounding was the nail tech telling one of us which service we were getting (a more expensive one), after choosing the basic. The water in our foot bath was COLD for all of us.
