The staff and service at Fendy is top tier. I’ve been going here to get my nails done for around 2 years now and they never disappoint, even when I come in with some crazy design they nail it every time. Their warranty on fixing your nails is such a lovely touch. Not to mention, I get the GelX every time and I make props for a living so I’m constantly using my hands- they always stay on for 5-8 weeks even with the long claws I get. Overall I am pleased and will most likely be back!! This was my first time so I wasn’t sure what to expect. I had looked up shops that specialize in cuticle care with dip overlay and AI recommendations gave this shop a good rating. I called ahead and got VM with no identifying message so I was unsure. Started going here because they are literally 5 mins away from me. I am loving the set Nina did on me. She was kind & helped me come up with a cute elegant look for my nails. I told her I will definitely see her for my fill. Book with Nina. The only complaint I would have it that I was charged for “nail shaping & nail length” even though it was a fill & not a new set. No extra length was added nor shaped was changed. It wasn’t a huge deal but I will ask about it next time.
Do not come here !!! Only if you want to pay for something not done to you and get burned by hot water ! Was not provided the service I PAID FULL PRICE for and was told I was but they have cameras and only show one scrub done and not everything else included . Liars and bad customer service as well as UNPROFESSIONAL
