Terrible company regarding return policy. I bought an expensive razor for my husband and it arrived broken with a cracked handle. Customer service had us ship it back. My husband chose a second razor to replace it with and it also arrived broken. They refused to give a refund and would only give a store credit. What company only gives a store credit for broken and damaged merchandise? Also, why does a company have so many damaged products that are high end prices?
I wanted to thank you. I ordered ink and it arrived yesterday in tact and in a timely fashion. It was well packed in a box . I have to say I had to return the same ink that I ordered from amazon. It was a higher price and arrived broken in a padded envelope. Thank you again for offering quality service. Norma Vowels.
