Arrived 20 minutes early for my appointment and was told “sign the sheet and sit down” which I did. I waited until 5 minutes before my appointment and walked up to ask if there was any forms I needed to fill out as it was my first appointment and before I could even ask if there was anything to fill out I was told “sir you need to sit down, there’s a list of people waiting and you’re not special”.
