My husband and I both have shopped here. The staff is just incredible. I walked in looking pretty rough, and they treated me like I had millions ready to spend. I purchased a shirt for my son and Clara held onto it for me until I could arrive. She had previously worked with my husband for his purchase of a bag and shawl for me. there’s some gay pos that helped me out a few days ago I believe his name was Richie, he was complaining that I took his time away because I didn’t buy a bag. Terrible treatment . Bad look for the store .
Very bad experience and will not shop at FENDI after this. Purchased a bag for my girlfriend from this store and even within a 14 day return window per Fendi’s website, store will not allow a refund of the bag but only store credit. Global website says 14 day return window. Absolutely ridiculous that we are not allowed to return a bag that was not to someone’s liking. Very bad experience. Will not shop at Fendi again unless I get contacted by a manager and this is resolved.
