I made a 6 thousand dollar purchase and had an awful experience with a sales assistant, I think her name was Diana Vu. First of all she did not mention that the purchase was not eligible for a refund, forced me to sign before I could read the receipt and constantly psychologically pressured me to buy a bag that I did not need. My husband and I both have shopped here. The staff is just incredible. I walked in looking pretty rough, and they treated me like I had millions ready to spend. I purchased a shirt for my son and Clara held onto it for me until I could arrive. She had previously worked with my husband for his purchase of a bag and shawl for me. She is professional, and sweet, and goes out of her way to make it an easy and fun shopping experience.
