I made a 6 thousand dollar purchase and had an awful experience with a sales assistant, I think her name was Diana Vu. First of all she did not mention that the purchase was not eligible for a refund, forced me to sign before I could read the receipt and constantly psychologically pressured me to buy a bag that I did not need.
