How can you call yourself a luxury brand but don't verify authenticity brand-wide? Won't even verify the serial number. I can take a real luxury item (louis vuitton, prada, etc) and walk into any location and have my item verified. What is the point of including a serial number if "for security reasons", via customer service, you do not verify them? Will never buy another item by them again since who knows if it's real or not.
