All three times we went there, they did big mistakes. Big mistakes!!! If you want some place to communicate information to you. Like we need more time, etc. It's not them at all. They broke the cable to the back up camera but blamed it was rusted. What? It's only a few years old truck. Nope, no rust just a snapped cable. I really wish zero stars was available for this place.
Took my car here when a deer ran into the front bumper. Easy process through my insurance company, State Farm, to repair the bumper. Prompt quality repair. Excellent customer service.
This business is located just west of Saline. It’s one of the best places for outstanding auto body repair. I have been very satisfied with a bumper repair and the very reasonable price.
We definitely recommend Fender Mender. The estimate was fair, they ordered part and called us 3 days later it was in. Dropped off on a Monday night and we were able to pick up Wednesday afternoon. All of their staff were friendly and knowledgeable.
This is the only place I will ever use, they are honest, professional and do absolutly great work!
