Fender Mender has done work on my car 2 times. Both times were out of pocket expense. They really do have the best customer service. Today I had a scheduled appt for a job to be done in a day. Well, they had me in and out within an hour. I was able to cancel the rental car. Yes, I know many times repairs are not that easy but this one was and they were so happy to help me out quickly as I waited so no rental car was needed. Henry was my service rep and he happily took care of my car in a timely manner.
