I accidentally locked my keys out of my car. Steven showed up quick, communicated arrive time, and was just awesome all around.
Replaced tensioner, timing belt, water pump and did an oil change. Im satisfied with the work and convenience of a local mechanic as I live in Dunkirk.
I was helped a month or two ago by a wonderful man named Logan while I was stranded on the side of the road. I had been told over the phone that it would be at least a two-hour wait before help arrived, and since it was getting dark and I was alone, I was feeling extremely anxious. We are on a family vacation from Wisconsin to the east coast and we punctured our tire. I called the nearest shop (Fender Benders) and Steve came to our rescue by filling my tire up 4-5 times back to their shop but eventually had to call his tow truck because it wouldn’t hold air further than a mile. They patch plugged it and got us in and out! They are very nice people and are kind and courteous to their customers. Thanks for helping us get back on the road safely
