The fence fell over in a slight breeze. I paid a premium price for a half-assed job and got nothing but excuses. They witheld a free, already-paid-for fence and letterbox "because I can, and if it were up to me, you wouldn't get it either." Was what I got on the phone and If I could rip up the fence, I would've gladly returned the fence and the "gold-plated fencing plinths" and done it myself. If you value your money and sanity, avoid these guys.
These people have done part of the job, leaving half my rear fence open to public. Have been trying to get this completed since September last year. Constant lies telling me jobs done, come to see it's never done. Take my money, do part job, now are ignoring me, refusing to respond or get back to me at all. Do not go here at all. Under the Fences Act 1975, a fence should be "sufficient" for the purposes of both neighbors. An open corner doesn't meet this standard.
Had our gate put in by Ken and the team on Brown Terrace in Salisbury, The best thing we got! I love our gate and we will be calling for another new fence at our new house. Thank you! The Rasheed family
I had appointments for someone to visit my home on two separate occasions and both times they were a no show. Would strongly recommend against support this type of business.
I had an aluminium picket fence installed just over 12 months ago by Fencing World. I decided not to post a review at the time as though I found the process frustrating I was happy with the end result. At the time of installation I was disappointed with the lack of communication. I was without a front fence for several weeks (as a contractor came to remove the old one whilst I was at work without informing me) and struggled to get a straight answer on an installation date.
