Company communication is very bad. Don’t offer proper terms and conditions. Don’t fix any of there bad work. I can’t believe they do a council contract and are now point blank refusing to do anything. Do not choose these guys the tradies are rough and now we are left with overpriced bill and having to pay to have our fence finished
Paid deposit nov 2023 told if not the first we would be the 2nd job in the new year, job started early april 2024 and finished August 2024. Didnt show up multiple times. One of the times we were told a certain monday 100% so pulled the rear fence down sunday exposing 3 neighbours yards then the fence installers didnt show up for 3 weeks! so we all had our dogs living inside! Can’t rate 0 absolutely useless. Steve in the office nicest guy around very helpful. Trying to get hold of the guy who’s managing my property 2 months! Telling me people are coming to look at my issue x day don’t rock up. Finally 2 months sent out the manager to be told we don’t get paid to do that can’t fix.
