They made an appointment to come give me a quote. Instead of calling me because they had an issue showing up, they decided to waste my time and not inform me they wouldn’t be showing up. I recommend no one use this company unless you want service that does not care about your time and energy. There are several fencing companies in my area so why would anyone pick the one that doesn’t treat its customers with respect

Just saw a fake commercial about how good their customer service is…couldn’t be further from the truth. Don’t let them fool you, they actually forget to put concrete on a post that they installed and when we called them to take care of it they said it would take over $750.00 and would be cheaper if I just did it myself! Mind you, I gave them business for the entire HOA community and this is how they repay us.
Absolutely do not use this company. They do not care about you. They don’t know how to measure. Won’t take any responsibility for any of their mistakes. They busted the sprinkler system line. Costed more money to repair. If you want a company that does not know city codes, installs latches kids can open, then Yes use this inexperienced contractor. Absolutely do not hire this company. Between lack of communication, local city rules regarding fencing, or even common sense, they don’t have what it takes to provide good services. They will find every excuse to not take blame or ownership of their mistakes. They will waste your time, and they don’t measure, they “Eye” it out. Unbelievable! I repeat, don’t hire this company. You won’t have anyone that cares about you after, they take your money and never answer you.
