Engaged April 2024 due to start beginning of August 2024. Finally completed the fence October 2024, after many calls reception wanting a start date. Fence was built too far away from existing gate, now cannot secure the existing gate. Concrete on fence posts not built above the soil line and not domed to allow for water run off and to prevent wood rot. Fencing Around responded they don't do that unless specifically requested. Would not ever recommend and would never use again.
Job booked in I've 6 months ago. No updates given on job allocation or progress of job. All done by contractors awaiting completion to comment on job
Quote completed in October 2022. Today is the 3rd of May and service had to be cancelled due to lack of planning and acquisition of materials from this company. I won't be back.
Have tried twice to get a quote. Been in 2 times and spoke with them about what I want, rang them three times to get an update only to be told they will get back to me. Never heard from them and it’s been about 2-3 mths since I first contacted them for a quote. Well fencing Around this is why I gave you 1 star. Absolutely pathetic customer service. I will never recommend you or use you for my fencing.
