Unfortunately I have had extremely poor dealings with this business. 1. I called to request a quote and nobody turned up at the scheduled time. When I called back to check what happened and rescheduled I was advised no record of the request for quote existed and they would get back to me with a new time ASAP. Nobody ever called me back. 2. Scott & team did fantastic job on my mates place. Would definitely use these guys!!
After several attempts to get an onsite quote done, someone finally came out, they explained it was a simple pool fence job, no extra work required onsite. Received the quote a few days later, what was stated on the day by the staff member was different to the quote with no further consultation. The quote itself was through the roof; to the point the real estate selling our property was shocked and another fencing company was engaged.
