True its worst company ever the adjuster name manraj she is delaying my claim without any reason they have live video evidence of driver. Still they just i feel they are just trying to find reason i dont know how they work but forsure changing them they are not good

I’ve dealt with Fenchurch General a couple of times now for our trucking insurance and have been happy with them. We had an accident with one of our trucks and they handled the claim very professionally. Everything was settled within about three weeks, which was a big relief. No runaround, just straightforward professionals.

Extremenly Unprofessional, and extreme lack of communication. They dont reply to emails even after many follow ups, Picking up phone is out of question. Very frustrating and bad experience.
