Avoid this company if you can. My experience with them was extremely frustrating and unprofessional. It took several months and constant follow-ups just to receive any updates about my claim. The case manager, Ayan Hersi, never once answered my phone calls. Every call went straight to voicemail. Incompetent case managers who try and force people back to work before they are ready, well or able to function Ignore their own specialists' recommendations regarding someone's ability to work. Care only about ending payments and not supporting people who are disabled. GIve their own medical advice about health conditions and medications when unqualified to do so. Make numerous mistakes, and are not transparent about any process. If you are unlucky to be a client document everything in writing and don't let them bully you.
My experience has been outstanding. Caring, kind and very understanding when dealing with difficult situations.
