Extremely disappointing experience dealing with FENCHURCH GENERAL INSURANCE COMPANY on this claim. It has been a long time, and we are still being told that they are “awaiting payment from a third party” with no clear timeline or accountability. The file was apparently reassigned because the previous adjuster is no longer with the company, which only caused further delays. 45 days I’m been trying to reach anyone in this company to see how my claim is going , so far nothing , but yet they still charging me for the coverage, what a joke of company .
Worst service been without truck for 2 months no reply from anyone constantly emailing them no repsonse no resolution Not at fault paying 2500$ and paying rent for 2 months on rented truck out of pocket Do not buy insurance from them
