Had a fence put in by Fenceworks in 2013. Post holding door and post door hinges on shifted twice where the door wouldn't close. Company came and adjusted. Company cracked both posts last adjustment, puts caps back on and didn't tell us. Wind blew off caps and we saw the cracks. Company told us it was ok because caps covered cracks. Same posts shifted again and company says that the posts need to be installed differently but warranty is up and we have to pay for parts and labor. Woman in office is rude.
