Absolute waste of time dealing with these guys. 4 weeks to try and get a site measure and when he comes he doesn’t even get out of the car and is an absolute prick to the clients.
Terrible customer service from the owner at fencewise. They refuse to fix cracks in the concrete walls and pieces of concrete that has broken off after only a couple of years of being installed. Impossible to get hold of, and won't fulfil their obligations to fix the damage. I definitely would not recommended them.

Unless you are in desperate need of a laugh do not engage with this company. We have had nothing but issues from the outset. Poor communication, failure to assess scope of works followed by blaming of others. Rude, aggressive and undeserving of even 1 star. Competitors have been more than helpful in advising of solutions that were available to them prior to accepting and/ or during the work yet went ignored and now we are going to mediation. Steer clear and stick to the reputable contractors.
