Drew in Customer Service dropped the ball at my expense. I have bought screens from them for a few years. Overall quality has been good. This year I purchased over 2K worth screens on one order, with very specific sizes and details. The formal quote came written with the correct information, details and I only had to make a few changes to lengths. Great customer service. Fast loading.
We upgraded to the most expensive fence for durability and installed according their specs. We live in a windy area and their website doesn't specify any details on their warranty and wind limitations. I sent them photos of the damage panels which were torn and detached from the fence.(after only 1 month of them being installed ) Only 1 panel is left out of 7 installed. Ordered online. Ordered 8 pieces and 6 were special cut sizes ranging from 33" to 40'3". Complete order came before expected time and everything was correct and professionally done.
