On May 23rd I made an inquiry to them about how much shipping would cost. After a week of no response, I decided to go ahead an order them anyway, as I need them for the 4th of July. Three weeks later I call to check on my shipment, as I've heard nothing from them in the past 3 weeks. When I called my "account manager" tells me they are being shipped in from overseas and I will not get them by the 4th. He had no problem canceling my order and there wasn't even an apology.
