All I can say is WOW to my new beautiful fence installment! From start to finish Dave, the salesman, Neil and the whole crew have been nothing but top notch. The young lady in the office was a pleasure to work with as well. Carlos and Tom were onsite to make sure the install went perfectly. My neighbors have stopped by to ask us who installed our fence. The fence is truly a great upgrade to our property and the neighborhood. Thank you, Fences Etc.!
I had them quote for a new fence. They came right away and quoted. Seemed knowledgeable. I felt pushed to accept their quote and give them a deposit. They even include with their quote the legal notice that you can get out of it if you change your mind. So high pressure sales and false urgency. We went to another established contractor and the same quote was around half as much.
Fences Etc did our fences 15 years ago, and we recently had them out to do some repairs. There was a bit of miscommunication over the scope of the work, but Neil took care of everything without any dispute. Would recommend and use again. Very happy with the experience.
It was a pleasure working with Neil and his crew. They did a great job putting up the fence and were very accommodating to our needs. Bravo!
