Contractors should always communicate with the home owner prior to work and present a contract prior to work…Workers should communicate when entering the property…..also job site was left a mess
I paid $1800 for a fence that was supposed to be treated and the wood is already buckling and it has only been in place since May. Also, I asked for a boarder to be put around the bottom and the owner was nasty about doing it, telling me that I was not getting it for free and I never asked for it to be free, I just don’t want what my neighbors have in their yard to come under the fence.
