STAY AWAY from this company! As a group of four neighbors we approached FenceKeeper for wood and metal fence. Based on our individual contracts, we all paid half of the total cost in advance as deposit. After more than a year only wood fence is installed & the metal (aluminum) fence is not. worst customer service. Tried to get an estimated price on a fence and he hung up on me.
I wanted to replace and upgrade my backyard fence and called several companies for an estimate. FenceKeeper was the only company who actually came out to my home to discuss the job and options with me. Sean was very nice and helpful and made some great suggestions. The other companies gave me quotes over the phone and said they could not start the job for months.
