Very disappointing experience with this company. Out of nearly 80 steel panels, 4 had damaged pickets and 23 of them were not what we ordered. The biased and regular panels were mixed in together and have a bunch of protective paper that covers the top and bottom rail, along with 50000 zip ties , so no one could tell they weren’t correct until we had already delivered and were getting ready to set up. Zero apology or recourse from anyone in the office at the company, though they did allow an exchange for the correct panels. ... read more
