I've been working with Logan at Fence Pro since March of this year. After getting quotes from 5 fence companies, Fence Pro was the best so we went with them. Some changes to our remodel plans and lots of weather delays put us behind schedule, but after patiently holding the materials for 4 months, the guys came and put our fence up as soon as we got ready. I love the look of my fence; however, our electronic gate has been broken for over a year. I have been to the office numerous times and have also called several times. The answer is always the same, "We will tell Jimmy and he will send someone out." After a year and a half no one has been out. While the fence itself is nice, the customer service is horrible and not worth utilizing this company.
If I could give Fence Pro all the stars in the world, I would. After another company left me with a ramshackle mess, I called Fence Pro to see if they could help fix it. Did they ever! The whole experience from start to finish was just awesome. They were knowledgable, professional, efficient, and communication was clearly a top priority. They were also super kind and patient with me, which was huge because I was so nervous after the first company's shenanigans. I love my fence. It's perfect.
