Worst company ever! I'm still waiting Since September 2024 for them to come and replace one of the columns, they play a game "Call me in 2 days", or : "Send me your address to go and fix it" and until today's date they never came! I'm tired, the fence is paid in full, and with an active warranty. I'm taking legal action. If you want to avoid a big headache, do not contact this company.
I would NEVER recommend this company. The office staff does not speak English and is HORRENDOUS! When I first reached out to them, I spoke with a person that spoke perfect English, only to find out that she did not work for the company and I was left to communicate with the non-english speaking owners and staff. They pulled a permit and gave me a copy after the fence was installedonly becausei insisted. I had to call and close the permit myself after their interpreter and company stopped answering my calls. To be fair, at the beginning, when talking to them they were very courteous, on time, & eager for to get your business. But beware the Fence Outlet at Kissimmee is really J&C fence, maybe an independent subcontractor for Fence Outlet. I only needed to repair 1 section of my fence & was recommended by the fence estimator to replace all the top post covers to the new style as the new side fence. From a distance everything was looking good. But from closer inspection the new post covers are not the right side as the older posts... read more
This is not the company “Fence Outlet“. The name of this company is J and C fence. The name should be removed from Google maps as it is not the same thing as the Fence Outlet.
