Put up a fence that had dents, breaks and didnt even line up with property. *Now they are claiming that they don't have me in their records but yet their very own GM Francisco personally came to our home and flat out told us that this wasn't done correctly and he would send somebody out to fix it as their new crew came in from Melbourne. They sent somebody to our home at 8pm and he didnt finish and hasn't been back out to fix what's wrong. So I guess I need to call Francisco again.

It took a little work to get things going, ( due to my own lack of proper documents ) , but once that was resolved it was smooth sailing. I ordered a quote online. Jacqueline Lopez responded with a phone call the next day. She was very helpful with all questions and concerns that were involved. Her expiditing skills with my delivery were excellent. Reply to your response: this has nothing to do with a price match. It is how we were spoken to and I have the texts to prove it! Not only that, before we asked for a price match, we called to let him know we were thinking of moving forward and first thing he says “well, I just left my last appt, so text if you want but I’m heading to dinner”.
