Fence On are a great organisation. Always attentive and professional with their service. The quality of their product is great and their installation crew always respectful, courteous and knowledgeable. We get immediate answers and get to deal with the owner always. No job seems too small. We love working with them and will continue to do so. Their prices are competitive too. Well done Michael.
Appalling customer service, the worst I have ever dealt with, all smiles whilst taking your money, then absolute silence after that when it comes to standing by their products, very shifty. Their idea of warranty (after they have been fully paid) seems to be to ignore emails and also ignore any request to come and fix our near brand new fence. In summary, Fence On provided good old fashioned customer service with skilled fabricators and installers producing a product that we are absolutely wrapt with. Highly recommend! Fence On made me an aluminium gate for the side of my house, within one year, the paint is flaking off all over it. They blame powder coaters. They initially offer to fix. That was 12 months ago. Still waiting. Each time i call or email, they give me an excuse. More and more paint peeling off as time goes by.
