I set up an appointment with this company more then a week in advance. Had to cancel plans to make sure I was available due to the importance of getting the final quote and fencing. 30 minutes before the 11am time of appt I called to verify that they were still coming out. They said yes they were and I said great looking forward to seeing you. 10 minutes till 11am I get a txt saying they had to cancel due to us being out of their service area…. Called about installing new metal fencing around my newly constructed pool. Spoke with Lance and set a date and time to meet and has yet to show up or return my call.

I have called multiple times. I have text 3 times per the voice-mail and sent an email and have yet to get a return message or call. Unfortunately I can only rate this place on their lack of response. Called another local buisness and got a quick response and set up my estimate.

We recently had them install a cedar privacy fence and could not be more pleased. It was 100 degrees and they never stopped. The fence is beautiful and we would recommend them to everyone!
