I contracted Fence Masters over a two year period to install a large side deck, front gallery with railings, and a smaller back gallery and railing using TREX. When Luciano Carpentry left me with no after sales service, Kevin at Fence Masters responded promptly and my warped stair risers were fixed properly back into position. The staff member who came to my house was professional and speedy - I would use them for any future fencing/deck needs!
We hired Fence Masters to install a fairly long span of fence (170 feet) down one side of our property. There were multiple properties adjoining the property line on the other side, and there was an existing frankenfence that ran in a zigzag fashion and was well past it's lifespan. After a year of straightening a few panels on my fence I was told by fence masters that my insurance company did not pay them and they will now put a lean on my house. No written request until I was threatened. My insurance company paid them and now they want me to pay again. Beware of being scammed by this company.
Hired Fence Masters after a previous contractor walked off the job leaving a mess. Fence Masters took care of everything from taking down the shoddy work that had been left, correcting the fence line and cleaning up after they were done. We were informed about the scheduling of all the work each step of the way. Because Fence Masters was correcting someone else's mistakes, an unexpected issue came up.
