Mother in Law paid 50% deposit of over $2000, now no response. ABN look up shows company is under external administration. They must have known this was coming and took advantage of a senior. Guess our money is gone!

Another person here that was told today they went into administration, after chasing me down for a 50% deposit two weeks ago. Very poor behaviour. Steer clear everyone.
I am absolutely disgusted with Fence Magic They took my money, failed to deliver the product, and then apparently went bankrupt without informing there customers. For the past two weeks I have been trying to contact them through every available channel and have received nothing but silence. What makes this even worse is that the rail I ordered was for a lady battling brain cancer, who has been left waiting because of there complete lack of communication and accountability. I had a new entrance gate made and installed at home. Every contact by phone or email I had a response from great staff. Fantastic service and was installed on time. Would highly recommend Fence Magic
