Hired Jon to build a stone tile deck in 2023. He did not follow my instructions, (did not use joist tape, used inappropriate substrate material that is now rotting after two years, used the wrong tiles, etc.) and generally exhibited terrible workmanship. He hired someone with no skills to help him and he had to finish his work alone. In the end, nails were sticking out everywhere underneath and I had to remove grout that he left all over the tiles.
