The fence has only been installed maybe a month now so only time will tell about how the fence material and the install will hold up against hurricanes. Horrible customer service though. Hints the 2 stars. First they come to install fence with 2 gates and no locks for gates. The workers told me as they left the company will schedule an appointment to put locks in a couple days when locks come in (pandemic had them short on locks). This company is garbage, I recommend that everyone stays away, did not respect anything in the contract. I provided all the paperwork from day one and the money in advance required, to install the fence normally it takes between 4 to 6 weeks maximum 8 weeks but it did not happen in that period of time nobody reached out to me during this period. The estimator was very knowledgeable and informative. We are also very happy with the installer , he worked very hard and the fence turned out beautiful. We are quite pleased with the job done.

I have been shopping around for a fence for sometime. Many companies are very expense and not reliable. I went to fence direct and the staff was very friendly and pleasant. Prices were reasonable and the service was amazing. They had my fence put up in a timely manner. They were very accommodating to scheduling the installation based on my availability. I don't have a big backyard therefore, they got it done the same day. I highly recommend them to anyone! Great service!

Good at Selling, Terrible at Installing, No customer relations We finally had our fence installed. The saleman Rick was very good- but it then went downhill. When they installed the fence the installer left 1/4 fence unfinished. We called the next day and he finally showed up. After he left we saw the fence was not even, the poles not level and overall workmanship was poor. We called, it now took over 40 days for them to finish "correcting" the problem. The problem is somewhat corrected, but some poles are still out of level... read more

Starting with the sales rep ..he was very patient and knew his stuff. He explained all pros and cons.The office staff was very helpful and showed courtesy.The installers were polite , fast and very professional. My yard looks great!! I would be happy to recommend this company to my neighbors and friends .They were very helpful in obtaining the permit and helping submit necessary forms to HOA. Thanks FENCE DIRECT!! :)
